How much of your annual revenue goes toward the children you support, and how much goes towards overhead?
- Little Wishes is a 100% volunteer organization. None of the money received from donations is used to pay salaries. Since 2003, our first full year of operation, approximately 90% of every dollar we spend has been used specifically to pay for the Little Wishes received by hospitalized children.

Can a child receive more than one “little wish?”
- Yes. If a child is in the hospital for an extended stay due to a chronic or critical illness, they may receive a wish every two weeks. Children who return to the hospital for treatment related to a chronic illness may receive a wish every time they return to the hospital as long as it has been two weeks since their last wish was granted.
